But even still, the ones that I feel fit too slim after a laundry stretch back out to an ideal fit after an hour or so of wearing them.

I am 5 feet 11 in. tall 205 lbs with a 44 in. chest and 30 in. waist and 18 in. Biceps with a muscular build.

XL size fits well in my chest and biceps but not so much well in the waist.

First order one in your best guess size and if you really want it, order more or adjust appropriately.

Stitching looks sturdy and solid of this unique hoodie. The fitting is simply as described.

Don’t hear the other reviews that complain about the neck being too tiny to fit through.

I don’t think those reviewers realised they may loosen the drawstring and viola. Head fits through neck.

I am truly satisfied with this mens hooded jacket and expect to use it for years to come.

I was searching for something mid-weight for fall and early spring, and I think I’ve found it.

Warm, Comfortable, Good-looking, Incredibly well made, and surprisingly well-priced.

Include some layer and you could wear this through the winter in many climates.

FIT & FORM :

This mens best hooded jacket has an magnificent, trim fit. I’m 5 ft and 11 inch, 152 lbs.

And the vast majority of Carhartt’s items are cut for my more… Rotund brethren.

No bulging beer belly here. I ordered a medium size and it fits well with space for some layering..

The back has a few creases so you have a full scope of movement. Better than average pockets.

The primary external ones are at the correct tallness for your hands, and the point guarantees stuff won’t drop out.

The zippered front pocket is an unquestionable requirement.

Inside, There are 2 great estimated pockets, one zippered, one velcro.

The cuffs are great – Elastic inside keeps out the wind and weather, But the sleeve extends over it.

Intense, Rugged outside (Although this ‘sandstone duck’ is softer and less restrictive than their normal heavy canvas) it will block the wind.

A little waterproofing spray will help keep off the rain and snow.

The fleece like liner is warm and comfortable. Heavy zippers won’t crap on you.

Carhartt Sherpa Lined best winter coats and jckets is a heavy weight rugged coat and considerably more generous than I expected.

I am 5 ft 9 inch and 148 lbs and i purchased a medium size of this mens unique hoodie.

It fits perfectly well and I’ve space if I wear a sweater for layering.

This mens expensive jacket’s sleeves contain substantial texture lining and also have built-in protected cuffs that are cozy on the wrists to keep frosty weather out

The entire mens jacket is lined with a heavy weight pile (probably poly) like a dense carpet.

Extremely well made well made and the ‘sherpa lining’ extends throughout the hood. Hood has drawstrings.

Exterior has a substantial canvas (Think old style heavy canvas) and while not advertised as water proof.

I know if I spray it with the tent waterproofing items, it will pretty much be great in any weather.

The exterior has two hand pockets and zippered pocket on the left breast. Interior has a zippered pocket on left of the mens hooded jacket.

Waist doesn’t have any string. The zippers are very heavy and good quality.

The main zipper doesn’t have wind break texture backing. Since this is a natural fiber exterior.

Different dye lots probably react with slight variation from lot_to_lot. Mine is a lovely medium dark colored.

I don’t identify any red or orange overtones. Sherpa lining is a dark grey or black.

Center back interior has a fabric or nylon ring for hanging the jacket on hook.

Also internal ID tag shows it Made in Mexico and Fabric ID tags indicate 100% Cotton exterior and 83% of Polyester, 19% of Acrylic Interior.
